Our client provides IT services globally. With more than 2,800 permanent employees in 35 subsidiaries we offer our services in over 190 countries worldwide.
YOUR TASKS:
- Leading the team of IT support specialists (2nd line support)
- Participating and taking responsibility for challenging IT projects
- Ensuring that all contractual SLAs are achieved whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
- Providing a management escalation point for incidents and service requests
- Providing training and coaching to team members, ensuring they possess required knowledge and skills
- Identifying challenges and implement improvements
- Defining and managing security standards
- Being responsible for IT equipment
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- About 3 years of experience as a specialist in the area of IT support
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems on administrative level
- Good knowledge of networking and Microsoft services
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software and current new technologies
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to act proactively and taking the initiative
- Excellent English and Polish language skills
- Knowledge of ITIL
