Opis ogłoszenia Customer Support Representative

Exchange Technologies Sp. z o.o., s.k is looking for professionals to join our team in the process of creating new global cryptocurrency exchange (focused on Asian market). We are aiming to be out there next to the biggest players on the market. Start of the MVP phase of our project is estimated for the first quarter of 2018 and intensive development of the platform for at least 2 years.
Consequently, we seek to cooperate with ambitious, open-minded and positive people, who are not afraid of challenges.

Job description:
Supporting cryptocurrency exchange users via email and/or live chat
Participating in user’s identity verification process to prevent potential frauds
Contributing to support team’s continuous improvement and exchange development

Key requirements:
Very good English skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers/team members/developers
Passionate about helping others
“Seeking first to understand, then to be understood”
Cheerfulness
“Can do” attitude
Honesty
Will to learn new things
Proactiveness
Ability to work without supervision
Support Team works 24/7 (two shifts) so you have to be willing to work during the night

Nice to have:
Following languages would be an advantage - Korean/Japanese/Chinese/Spanish/German
Experience in business communication or in customer service environment
Understanding of the concepts of trading/currency exchange/cryptocurrencies and how they work
IT literacy - intermediate level of Word/Excel, touch typing
