For our client we are looking for:

Customer Service Advisor with Danish

The main duties:

- Respond and diagnose problems received via phone, chat or electronic online support (in order to MS Office, Windows, resetting passwords, installations, CRM)
- Daily contact with Danish market
- Troubleshooting, contact with 2nd line support
- Support your team and Manager in daily duties

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- English language skills B2 (spoken and written)
- Danish language skills must be fluent or native
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent team work skills
- High motivation to develop in IT sector / helpdesk
-Any additional Scandinavian language will be an asset
