For our team located in Wroclaw we are seeking the following:
Junior L2 End User Support Engineer with English

Location: Wrocław
YOUR TASKS:
– Providing 2nd line support for an international customer
– Troubleshooting and configuring Microsoft Windows System
– Liaising with users from different departments
– Analyzing and solving problems
– Escalation of major problems to 3rd line support
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent knowledge of English language
– Problem solving oriented with good communication skills
– Willingness to work on 3 shifts schedule
– An Asset: Experience in PC/laptops configuration (software and hardware)
